Refund or payment issue
If a verified payment did not add your report credits, unlock the current report or make an unlocked PDF available, contact us within 14 calendar days. We will investigate, restore access or replace the affected credit where possible, and refund the payment if the service cannot be restored. Read the full Refund policy.
