Service operator and support
FUNLINK is operated by HONG KONG FUN LINK TALENTS TECHNOLOGY CORPORATE LIMITED, a Hong Kong-registered company. For account, report, payment or support questions, email service@sr-en.com.
What FUNLINK provides
FUNLINK organises your answers into a free personal planning summary and a small source-linked set of programme options. Optional local support is offered only after you request it and provide consent. If you unlock a detailed personal report, it is retained and downloaded directly inside the same FUNLINK account.
What the report does not decide
A report is not an admission offer, visa advice, scholarship decision, financial guarantee, legal opinion or promise that a programme will remain available. Admissions, tuition, scholarships, deadlines, accommodation, visa requirements and programme requirements must be checked against current official sources and the relevant authorities before a decision.
Your responsibilities
Provide truthful information, protect your account credentials and any recovery code issued to you, and do not share access to your Google account. Use the report as a starting point for research rather than a substitute for an official university application process.
Detailed report credits, when secure checkout is enabled
The free summary is not a trial subscription and optional local support is not a paid requirement. FUNLINK offers personal report-credit packs: 1 credit for US$2.99, 3 for US$7.99, 6 for US$12.99 or 10 for US$19.99. One credit unlocks one saved detailed report, including its complete comparison notes, preparation timeline, questionnaire record and direct PDF download. Credits are personal to the purchasing FUNLINK account, cannot be transferred or shared, do not expire and do not renew automatically. Checkout is processed by Stripe only when FUNLINK has activated a verified merchant configuration; a visible price alone does not mean checkout is available.
Payment confirmation and delivery
FUNLINK records report credits only after the payment provider sends a verified payment confirmation to FUNLINK. Returning from a checkout page does not by itself add credits or grant access. After confirmation, one credit automatically unlocks the saved report that started checkout. Any remaining credits stay in the same personal FUNLINK account for later saved reports, subject to these terms and any lawful access restrictions.
Refunds and support
If payment is verified but a report-credit pack is not added, the current report cannot be unlocked, or an unlocked PDF cannot be downloaded, contact us within 14 calendar days. We will first try to restore access or replace the affected credit, and refund the payment if we cannot restore the service. After a credit has unlocked a report and that report is available for download, FUNLINK does not provide a partial or change-of-mind refund for that pack. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Read the full Refund policy.
Availability and changes
FUNLINK may update the catalogue, matching method, available countries or product features as source information and operations change. A saved report retains the catalogue and algorithm version used to create it.
Effective date
These terms are effective from 9 September 2026.
